Even more water in the solar system: Mars's mantle 'contains as much water as the Earth' | Mail Online: "Until now, Earth was the only planet known to have vast reservoirs of water in its interior. But new research claims that Mars has as much, or even more water locked in the rocks beneath the surface. Scientists analysed the water content of two meteorites originating from inside the Red Planet and found the amount of it in places of the Martian mantle is similar to that of Earth's."
