’Pillar of light’ reported west of Tennessee’s Roan Mountain - National ufo | Examiner.com

’Pillar of light’ reported west of Tennessee’s Roan Mountain - National ufo | Examiner.com: "A Tennessee witness reports a 'pillar of light standing vertically due west of Roan Mountain' at 4:50 a.m. on November 18, 2010, under 300 feet off of the ground where you could not tell if it was beaming up or down, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

'The thing looked as if someone had an airport spotlight shining straight up, but it ended abruptly, about 75 to 100 yards up and you could not tell if it was beaming upwards or down, just a standing pillar of light in the middle of nowhere,' the witness stated. 'It didn't look like Bear hunters. I cannot figure it out. It looked similar to the tail of a comet, but I've never seen a comet that large or bright.'"
