Issa: Piracy bill would give Holder ‘broad new powers to police the Internet’

Lamar Smith to the controversial Stop Online Piracy Act, saying it does not fix anything and would give “Attorney General Eric Holder’s Department of Justice broad new powers to police the Internet.”"
