I was called into work at the local hospital at 9 PM, on New Years Eve.

On my way to the hospital along Orient Street, Willow-Vale, I witnessed this incredibly bright orange, shining disc in the sky.

It was 20 times larger than the brightest star, and it was traveling due south in the sky.

It made no noise, and I estimated its height above the ground to be 500 metres and speed 50 kms an hour."
