Image of the Day: Gigantic Galaxy String Defies Age of Universe
Wide-field telescope observations of the remote early Universe, looking back to a time when it was a fifth of its present age (redshift = 2.38), have revealed an enormous string of galaxies about 300 million light-years long. This new structure defies current models of how the Universe evolved, which can't explain how a string this big could have formed so early.
i love how science is allowed to adjust their worldview of history because that everchanging understanding is 'part of their belief system' however when anyone else does this they are being 'proven wrong' again and again, and 'being forced to change their position'
ReplyDeleteI love it when scientists prove themselves wrong, it saves me the trouble of arguing with them about things. The Truth is the best argument.
