National Defense Authorization Act of 2014 Authorizes Cyber Warfare Against American Citizens: "In the midst of the holiday season Congress decided to pass the National Defense Authorization Act of 2014 or NDAA. The bill was later signed into law by President Obama with little if any fanfare."
